If you’ve been following along on Instagram, you’ll know that my husband and I have been in California for the past couple weeks recharging our batteries. While in San Francisco we came across the beautiful Opera House and I knew we needed to shoot something special here.

For our trip I brought along this absolutely gorgeous dress from Teri Jon that is the epitome of feminine elegance, and it was the perfect piece to wear in this beautiful setting. Apparently yellow has been my go-to colour as of late, and this soft, buttery shade did not disappoint. I love the tiered layers along the hem of this dress, and the thick jacquard fabric adds some weight to an otherwise light and airy print.
