I’m gonna let you in on a little mom-blogger secret. Well, it’s probably not a secret to other mom bloggers out there, but maybe news to you. When we’re traveling, taking blog pictures with kids in tow is the hardest and most stressful thing ever! Imagine my hubby trying to get the shot, me trying look somewhat put-together, all at the same time as coralling two kids under 5 to stay close-by and not run off. Under those shades I’ve always got one eye on the little ones and what you don’t see are the action-shots of me jumping up to grab a kid and bring them back to safety LOL

Please be assured that the safety of the kids is my NUMBER ONE priority and we never shoot anywhere dangerous or where they could potentially get hurt. This was a VERY quiet street with barely any cars. Remember that blog and Instagram photos are a highlight reel at best, and are not meant to show that life is in anyway perfect and always pretty.  We all want to put our best-foot-forward and that is what my blog and Instagram feed show :)

PETITE FIT NOTES:
– I am wearing this dress in a 0P and it is the most comfortable and flattering dress ever! I love the midi-length how it can be dressed up or down. It’s also perfect with kids as it hides just about any little finger print.
– The bow-back detail is too pretty and really helps to cinch in the neckline.
