My sweet baby girl is only 9 weeks old and the dreaded drool has made it’s first appearance…I’m thinking it’s way too early for this to happen, but can’t really remember when teething started with my first. All I know is that the resulting irritated skin, thumb-sucking and soaked-through tops are on their way. This makes dressing my little one in something pretty very difficult, since you have to cover up with a bib if you are going to make it through the day (or half of a day) in the same shirt.

Thankfully, the traditional cutesy, slogan-ridden bibs are not the only options these days. When Butterfly Kisses approached me to try out a few of their stylish, bandana-style bibs, I was all for it. Their bibs are made of 100% cotton and lined in organic bamboo terry for maximum drool absorption. I love how the fabric is soft around Gemma’s face, easily folds in around the neck to adjust to her size, and has a plastic snap closure to securely fasten in place without irritating velcro. And best of all? I love the bandana shape and endless variety of modern patterns and prints in colours that will actually complement your baby’s clothing.  As you can see above, I had just the right clothes to match the bibs and they don’t detract from their cuteness, but actually are the perfect accessory.

Want to try out these “drool-worthy” bibs for yourself and little one? Butterfly Kisses is offering my readers a 15% discount on orders placed on their Etsy shop with promo code “THEMINTEDMAMA”. I  highly recommend these unique bibs for any teething baby who insists on staying stylish while drooling :)
