I’ve been slacking on my monthly beauty posts (sorry guys), but this month I just had to share some of the amazing products I’ve been using and testing because I know you’re going to love them as well. From hair to skin to makeup I’ve got you covered with the products you need to try in November.

Saje Peppermint Halo Headache Remedy: An alternative to traditional headache medication is definitely something I would reach for at the first sign of pain. You rub the rollerball on the temples and instantly you can smell the fresh scent of peppermint and feel the cooling sensation. I’m not sure how effective this is on intense headaches, but as someone who gets them on a regular basis, I will be reaching for this as my first defense against those pesky pains.

Kérastase Nutritive Bain Satin 2 Shampoo:
I have been bleaching my hair for as long as I can remember and recently it’s started to take its toll. From breakage around the temples, to dry and brittle ends my hair was in desperate need of TLC. I’ve been using Kérastase products for a while now, but the Nutritive line is exactly the nourishment my hair has been craving. The shampoo is rich and cleans without drying out.

Kérastase Nutritive Masquintense: The masque is thick and intense and I can feel my locks sucking in all the moisture the instant I put it on. I like to leave in on for about 10 minutes in the shower, giving it as much time as possible to drench each strand. When you can detangle your hair with only your fingers after rinsing a masque, you know it’s worked well. The results are that my hair feels ultra moisturized, repaired and healthier (all without feeling weighed down). These are on daily repeat and won’t be leaving my shower anytime soon.

Kérastase Elixir Ultime: The perfect protection oil spray before heat styling. It contains not one but four rich oil ingredients, giving the hair a smooth and shiny look. I always put oil on my hair before blowing out because it definitely protects the strands and helps to lock the moisture in as you heat styling. This oil is perfect in a spray and is easy to spread through the length and into each layer.

L’Occitane Pivoine Flora Hand Cream: My go-to hand lotion every winter is the L’Occitane Shea Butter cream because of its rich and soothing formula. For a little variety I picked up this Pivoine Flora cream that has the subtle and sweet scent of peonies, which is just the pick-me-up I’ll need on those long winter days.

Darphin Stimulskin Plus Serumask: A little at-home spa time is quite the indulgence around here. So when I take the time to soak in the tub and spend some time pampering myself I want to be sure I’m using the best quality products. I’ve had quite the thing for masques lately, but this Serumask from Darphin certainly takes the cake. It’s luxuriously rich formula (+ anti-aging ingredients) make this the perfect youth-revealing skin treatment. I love that when you wipe away the excess with a tissue, and left-over product can just be massaged into the skin like a cream. It’s based on Darphin’s iconic serum, but in the form of an indulgent masque. My face feels and looks so fresh and refined after using this product that I pretty much want to use it everyday.

Darphin Exquisâge Eye and Lip Contour Cream: This thick formula contour cream is just what the delicate area around my eyes need now that the seasons are changing. And the fact that you can use this around the lip area as well is just genius. I never thought about this area as critical for signs of  ageing, but I’m now taking every effort to prevent it. This cream helps to boost the natural collagen in your skin and also firms and smooths. A necessary nightly ritual.

Darphin Jasmine Aromatic Care: As you know I’m a huge fan all of Darphin’s oil elixirs, and this Jasmine one is no exception. I’ve pretty much swapped moisturizers for oils and every night after washing my face, on goes the eye cream and the facial oil. The intense, smoothing oil glides on my skin like silk, never feeling greasy or too heavy. And breathing in the light aromatic fragrance is like a little calming session all in itself.

Beauty Counter Color Pinch Cream Blusher in Hibiscus: Highly pigmented and just what you need for a pop of colour on dull and dark Fall days. A little goes a long way here, so just a dab on the apples of your cheeks is all you need and then you can blend in with a blending sponge or your fingers. This plant-based formula is ideal for natural makeup lovers and the healthy glow of the Hibiscus shade is highly addictive.

Elizabeth Arden Prevage Anti-Aging Foundation: I have been using this foundation non-stop (seriously every day) since I got it. I’ve made a real shift to anti-aging makeup lately because it makes a big difference in the wear and longevity I get out of the product on a daily basis. Fine lines are my worst enemy when it comes to foundation, but I can wear this makeup all day and it doesn’t settle into the lines. It gives my skin such a glow that instantly makes it appear younger and more vibrant. And bonus points for lifting, firming and protecting again environmental threats (all while you go about your day)!
